This young woman knew a tremendous amount about butterflies. She was able to pick them up very carefully to show us all the insect body parts. We explored the host plants to see eggs, caterpillars and crysallis for each kind. There were butterflies on my shirt sucking up salt which they do from railings where people drag their hands and from other animals.
