Mike´s at the phonebooth under the tree. This tree is huge and most of the town of Barra has lots of shade and cement cobblestone street. Many streets are cut off to traffic, so there´s lots of shops and restaurants that spread out into the street. Walls are lovely colors, the town spreads between the beach and a lagoon which is home to ibis, spoonbills, pelicans, frigates. Fishermen fish with nets right up by the cruisers who anchor in the lagoon. It´s truly a lovely place!
